කියවීම

The Acts of the Apostles 4: 8-12

4:8	එවිට පීටර්, ශුද්ධාත්මයාණන්ගෙන් පිරී ඇත, ඔවුන්ට කිව්වා: “ජනාධිපතිවරු සහ වැඩිහිටියන්, සවන් දෙන්න.
4:9	අද අපි විනිශ්චය කරන්නේ ආබාධිත මිනිසෙකුට කළ හොඳ ක්‍රියාවකින් නම්, එයින් ඔහු සම්පූර්ණ වී ඇත,
4:10	එය ඔබ සැමටත් ඊශ්‍රායෙල් සෙනඟටත් දන්වන්න, එය අපගේ ස්වාමීන් වන නාසරායේ ජේසුස් ක්‍රිස්තුන් වහන්සේගේ නාමයෙන් ය, ඔබ කුරුසියේ ඇණ ගැසූ, දෙවියන් වහන්සේ මළවුන්ගෙන් උත්ථාන කර ඇත, ඔහු විසින්, මේ මිනිසා ඔබ ඉදිරියෙහි සිටියි, සෞඛ්ය සම්පන්න.

දෙවන කියවීම

The First Letter of Saint John 3: 1-2

3:1	බලන්න තාත්තා අපිට දීලා තියෙන ආදරය මොන වගේද කියලා, අපිව කැඳවයි කියලා, සහ බවට පත් වනු ඇත, දෙවියන් වහන්සේගේ පුත්‍රයෝ ය. මේ නිසා, ලෝකය අපව දන්නේ නැත, මන්ද, එය ඔහුව දැන සිටියේ නැත.
3:2	වඩාත්ම ආදරණීය, අපි දැන් දෙවියන් වහන්සේගේ පුත්‍රයෝ වෙමු. නමුත් එවිට අප කුමක් වනු ඇත්ද යන්න තවමත් පෙනෙන්නට නැත. ඔහු පෙනී සිටින විට අපි එය දනිමු, අපි ඔහු හා සමාන වන්නෙමු, මක්නිසාද අපි ඔහු සිටින ලෙසම දකිමු.

ජෝන් පවසන පරිදි ශුද්ධ වූ ශුභාරංචිය 10: 11-18

10:11	I am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd gives his life for his sheep.
10:12	But the hired hand, and whoever is not a shepherd, to whom the sheep do not belong, he sees the wolf approaching, and he departs from the sheep and flees. And the wolf ravages and scatters the sheep.
10:13	And the hired hand flees, because he is a hired hand and there is no concern for the sheep within him.
10:14	I am the good Shepherd, and I know my own, and my own know me,
10:15	just as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. And I lay down my life for my sheep.
10:16	And I have other sheep that are not of this fold, and I must lead them. They shall hear my voice, and there shall be one sheepfold and one shepherd.
10:17	මේ හේතුව නිසා, the Father loves me: because I lay down my life, so that I may take it up again.
10:18	No one takes it away from me. වෙනුවට, I lay it down of my own accord. And I have the power to lay it down. And I have the power to take it up again. This is the commandment that I have received from my Father.”
