Lettura

The First Letter of Saint Paul to the Corinthians 6: 1-11

6:1	Com'è che qualcuno di voi, avere una controversia contro un altro, oserebbe essere giudicato davanti agli iniqui, e non davanti ai santi?
6:2	O non sai che i santi di questa età lo giudicheranno? E se il mondo deve essere giudicato da te, sei indegno, Poi, per giudicare anche le cose più piccole?
6:3	Non sai che giudicheremo gli angeli?? Quanto più le cose di questa età?
6:4	Perciò, se hai questioni da giudicare riguardo a questa età, perché non nominare coloro che sono più spregevoli nella Chiesa per giudicare queste cose!
6:5	Ma parlo per farti vergognare. Non c'è nessuno tra voi abbastanza saggio, perché potesse giudicare tra i suoi fratelli?
6:6	Invece, fratello contende contro fratello in tribunale, e questo davanti agli infedeli!
6:7	Ora c'è certamente un'offesa tra di voi, oltre ogni altra cosa, quando avete casi giudiziari l'uno contro l'altro. Dovresti invece non accettare l'infortunio? Non dovresti invece sopportare di essere imbrogliato?
6:8	Ma tu stai ferendo e imbrogliando, e questo verso i fratelli!
6:9	Non sai che gli iniqui non possederanno il regno di Dio?? Non scegliere di vagare fuori strada. Per nessuno dei due fornicatori, né servi dell'idolatria, né adulteri,
6:10	né l'effeminato, né maschi che dormono con maschi, né ladri, né l'avarizia, né gli ubriachi, né calunniatori, né il rapace possederà il regno di Dio.
6:11	E alcuni di voi erano così. Ma sei stato assolto, ma tu sei stato santificato, ma sei stato giustificato: tutto nel nome di nostro Signore Gesù Cristo e nello Spirito del nostro Dio.

Il santo Vangelo secondo Luca 6: 12-19

6:12	Ed è successo così, in quei giorni, he went out to a mountain to pray. And he was in the prayer of God throughout the night.
6:13	And when daylight had arrived, he called his disciples. And he chose twelve out of them (whom he also named Apostles):
6:14	Simone, whom he surnamed Peter, and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew,
6:15	Matthew and Thomas, James of Alphaeus, and Simon who is called the Zealot,
6:16	and Jude of James, and Judas Iscariot, who was a traitor.
6:17	And descending with them, he stood in a level place with a multitude of his disciples, and a copious multitude of people from all of Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast, and Tyre and Sidon,
6:18	who had come so that they might listen to him and be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled by unclean spirits were cured.
6:19	And the entire crowd was trying to touch him, because power went out from him and healed all.
