En lisant

The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel 34: 1-11

34:1	And the word of the Lord came to me, en disant:
34:2	"Le fils de l'homme, prophesy about the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy, and you shall say to the shepherds: Ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the flocks be fed by the shepherds?
34:3	You consumed the milk, and you covered yourselves with the wool, and you killed what was fattened. But my flock you did not feed.
34:4	What was weak, you have not strengthened, and what was sick, you have not healed. What was broken, you have not bound, and what was cast aside, you have not led back again, and what was lost, you have not sought. Plutôt, you ruled over them with severity and with power.
34:5	And my sheep were scattered, because there was no shepherd. And they became devoured by all the wild beasts of the field, and they were dispersed.
34:6	My sheep have wandered to every mountain and to every exalted hill. And my flocks have been scattered across the face of the earth. And there was no one who sought them; there was no one, je dis, who sought them.
34:7	À cause de ce, O shepherds, listen to the word of the Lord:
34:8	As I live, says the Lord God, since my flocks have become a prey, and my sheep have been devoured by all the wild beasts of the field, since there was no shepherd, for my shepherds did not seek my flock, but instead the shepherds fed themselves, and they did not feed my flocks:

I will require my flock at their hand, and I will cause them to cease, so that they no longer refrain from feeding the flock. Neither will the shepherds feed themselves any more. And I will deliver my flock from their mouth; and it will no longer be food for them.
34:11	For thus says the Lord God: Voir, I myself will seek my sheep, and I myself will visit them.

Le Saint Evangile selon Matthieu 20: 1-16

20:1	« Le royaume des cieux est comme un père de famille qui sortait tôt le matin pour conduire des ouvriers dans sa vigne.
20:2	Alors, avoir conclu un accord avec les travailleurs pour un denier par jour, il les envoya dans sa vigne.
20:3	Et sortir vers la troisième heure, he saw others standing idle in the marketplace.
20:4	Et il leur dit, ‘Vous pouvez entrer dans ma vigne, aussi, et ce que je te donnerai sera juste.

20:8	Et quand le soir était arrivé, dit le seigneur de la vigne à son régisseur, ‘Appelle les ouvriers et paye leur leur salaire, en commençant par le dernier, même au premier.
20:9	Et ainsi, quand ceux qui étaient arrivés vers la onzième heure s'avancèrent, chacun a reçu un seul denier.
20:10	Puis quand les premiers se sont également manifestés, ils ont estimé qu'ils recevraient plus. Mais ils, aussi, reçu un denier.
20:11	Et en le recevant, ils murmuraient contre le père de famille,
20:12	en disant, ‘Ces derniers ont travaillé une heure, et tu les as rendus égaux à nous, qui travaillait en portant le poids et la chaleur de la journée.
20:13	Mais répondre à l'un d'eux, il a dit: 'Ami, Je ne t'ai fait aucun mal. N'as-tu pas été d'accord avec moi pour un denier?
20:14	Prends ce qui t'appartient et pars. Mais c'est ma volonté de donner à ce dernier, tout comme toi.
20:15	Et ne m'est-il pas permis de faire ce que je veux? Ou est-ce que ton œil est méchant parce que je suis bon?'
20:16	Donc alors, le dernier sera le premier, et le premier sera le dernier. Car beaucoup sont appelés, mais peu sont choisis.
