The First Book of Kings 21: 17-29
| 21:17 | Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah, ang Tishbite, kasabihan: |
| 21:18 | "Umakyat, and descend to meet Ahab, ang hari ng Israel, who is in Samaria. Masdan, he is descending to the vineyard of Naboth, so that he may take possession of it. |
| 21:19 | And you shall speak to him, kasabihan: ‘Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon: Pinatay mo. Moreover you have also taken possession.’ And after this, you shall add: ‘Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon: In this place, where the dogs have licked the blood of Naboth, they shall also lick your blood.’ ” |
| 21:20 | And Ahab said to Elijah, “Have you discovered me to be your enemy?” At sabi niya: “I have discovered you to have been sold, so that you would do evil in the sight of the Lord: |
| 21:21 | ‘Narito, I will lead evil over you. And I will cut down your posterity. And I will put to death of Ahab whatever urinates against a wall, at anuman ang pilay, and whatever is last in Israel. |
| 21:22 | And I will cause your house to be like the house of Jeroboam, ang anak ni Nebat, at gaya ng sambahayan ni Baasha, ang anak ni Ahias. For you have acted so that you provoked me to anger, and so that you caused Israel to sin.’ |
| 21:23 | And about Jezebel also, the Lord spoke, kasabihan: ‘The dogs shall consume Jezebel in the field of Jezreel. |
| 21:24 | If Ahab will have died in the city, the dogs will consume him. But if he will have died in the field, the birds of the air will consume him.’ ” |
| 21:25 | At kaya, there was no other person similar to Ahab, who was sold so that he did evil in the sight of the Lord. For his wife, si Jezebel, urged him on. |
| 21:26 | And he became abominable, so much so that he followed the idols that the Amorites had made, whom the Lord consumed before the face of the sons of Israel. |
| 21:27 | Pagkatapos, when Ahab had heard these words, pinunit niya ang kanyang mga damit, and he put haircloth on his body, and he fasted, and he slept in sackcloth, and he walked with his head downcast. |
| 21:28 | And the word of the Lord came to Elijah, ang Tishbite, kasabihan: |
| 21:29 | “Have you not seen how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Samakatuwid, since he has humbled himself because of me, I will not lead in the evil during his days. sa halip, during the days of his son, I will bring in the evil to his house.” |

| 5:44 | Ngunit sinasabi ko sa iyo: Mahalin ang iyong mga kaaway. Gumawa ng mabuti sa mga napopoot sa iyo. At manalangin para sa mga umuusig at naninira sa iyo. |
| 5:45 | Sa ganitong paraan, kayo ay magiging mga anak ng inyong Ama, na nasa langit. Pinasisikat niya ang kanyang araw sa mabuti at masama, at pinapaulanan niya ang matuwid at hindi matuwid. |

| 5:47 | At kung batiin mo lamang ang iyong mga kapatid, ano pa ang ginawa mo? Huwag maging ganito ang ugali ng mga pagano? |
| 5:48 | Samakatuwid, maging perpekto, kung paanong ang inyong Ama sa langit ay sakdal.” |
