En lisant

Le premier livre de Samuel 1: 24-28

1:24 And after she had weaned him, she brought him with her, along with three calves, and three measures of flour, and a small bottle of wine, and she led him to the house of the Lord at Shiloh. But the boy was still a young child.

1:25 And they immolated a calf, and they presented the boy to Eli.

1:26 And Hannah said: "Je vous en prie, mon Seigneur, as your soul lives, mon Seigneur: I am that woman, who stood before you here, praying to the Lord.

1:27 I prayed for this child, and the Lord granted to me my petition, which I asked of him.

The Holy Gospel According to Luke 1: 46-56

1:46	Et Marie a dit: « Mon âme magnifie le Seigneur.

1:48	Car il a regardé avec faveur l'humilité de sa servante. Pour voir, à partir de ce moment, toutes les générations me diront bienheureuse.
1:49	Car celui qui est grand a fait de grandes choses pour moi, et saint est son nom.
1:50	Et sa miséricorde est de génération en génération pour ceux qui le craignent.
1:51	Il a accompli des actes puissants avec son bras. Il a dispersé les arrogants dans les intentions de leur cœur.
1:52	Il a déposé les puissants de leur siège, et il a exalté les humbles.
1:53	Il a comblé les affamés de bonnes choses, et les riches qu'il a renvoyés vides.
1:54	Il a pris son serviteur Israël, conscient de sa miséricorde,
1:55	comme il a parlé à nos pères: à Abraham et à sa postérité pour toujours.
1:56	Puis Mary est restée avec elle pendant environ trois mois. Et elle est retournée dans sa propre maison.
