Lẹta Keji ti Saint Paul si awọn ara Tẹsalonika 3: 6-10, 16-18

3:6	Ṣugbọn a kilo fun ọ gidigidi, awọn arakunrin, ni oruko Jesu Kristi Oluwa wa, láti yàgò kúrò lọ́dọ̀ gbogbo arákùnrin tí ń rìn nínú rúdurùdu, kì í sì í ṣe gẹ́gẹ́ bí àṣà tí wọ́n gbà lọ́dọ̀ wa.
3:7	Nítorí ẹ̀yin fúnra yín mọ ọ̀nà tí ó yẹ kí ẹ̀yin fi fara wé wa. Nítorí àwa kò wà ségesège láàrin yín.
3:8	Bẹ́ẹ̀ ni a kò jẹ oúnjẹ lọ́fẹ̀ẹ́, sugbon dipo, alẹ ati ọsan la ṣiṣẹ, ninu inira ati agara, ki o ma ba di eru fun nyin.
3:9	E ma yin taidi dọ mí ma tindo aṣẹpipa gba, ṣùgbọ́n èyí rí bẹ́ẹ̀ kí a lè fi ara wa hàn gẹ́gẹ́ bí àpẹẹrẹ fún yín, láti lè fara wé wa.
3:10	Lẹhinna, pelu, nigba ti a wà pẹlu nyin, a ta ku lori eyi fun ọ: pe bi ẹnikẹni ko ba fẹ lati ṣiṣẹ, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kò gbọ́dọ̀ jẹun.
3:16	Nígbà náà ni kí Olúwa àlàáfíà fúnra rẹ̀ fún ọ ní àlàáfíà àìnípẹ̀kun, ni gbogbo ibi. Kí Olúwa wà pẹ̀lú gbogbo yín.
3:17	Ìkíni Pọ́ọ̀lù pẹ̀lú ọwọ́ mi, èyí tí í ṣe èdìdì nínú gbogbo ìwé. Nitorina ni mo ṣe kọ.
3:18	Kí oore-ọ̀fẹ́ Oluwa wa Jesu Kristi kí ó wà pẹlu gbogbo yín. Amin.

Matteu 26: 32

23:27 Egbe ni fun yin, àwọn akọ̀wé àti àwọn Farisí, ẹnyin agabagebe! For you are like whitewashed sepulchers, which outwardly appear brilliant to men, sibẹsibẹ iwongba ti, inside, they are filled with the bones of the dead and with all filth.

23:28 Nitorina na, you certainly appear to men outwardly to be just. But inwardly you are filled with hypocrisy and iniquity.

23:29 Egbe ni fun yin, àwọn akọ̀wé àti àwọn Farisí, ẹnyin agabagebe, who build the sepulchers of the prophets and adorn the monuments of the just.

23:30 And then you say, ‘If we had been there in the days of our fathers, we would not have joined with them in the blood of the prophets.’

23:31 And so you are witnesses against yourselves, that you are the sons of those who killed the prophets.

23:32 Complete, lẹhinna, the measure of your fathers.

23:33 You serpents, you brood of vipers! How will you escape from the judgment of Hell?
