Jeremiah 11: 18- 20

11:18Sugbon iwo, Oluwa, ti fi eyi han mi, mo si ti ye mi. Lẹhinna o fi akitiyan wọn han fun mi.
11:19Mo sì dàbí ọ̀dọ́ àgùntàn onírẹ̀lẹ̀, tí wọ́n gbé lọ́wọ́. Èmi kò sì mọ̀ pé wọ́n ti gbìmọ̀ pọ̀ sí mi, wipe: “Ẹ jẹ́ kí a gbé igi sórí oúnjẹ rẹ̀, kí a sì pa á run kúrò ní ilÆ alààyè, kí a má sì ṣe rántí orúkọ rẹ̀ mọ́.”
11:20Sugbon iwo, Oluwa awon omo ogun, ti o ṣe idajọ ododo, ati awọn ti o dan awọn temperament ati awọn okan, jẹ ki emi ri igbẹsan rẹ si wọn. Nítorí mo ti fi ẹjọ́ mi hàn ọ́.

John 7: 40- 53

7:40Nitorina, some from that crowd, when they had heard these words of his, won wipe, “This one truly is the Prophet.”
7:41Awọn miiran n sọ, “He is the Christ.” Yet certain ones were saying: “Does the Christ come from Galilee?
7:42Does Scripture not say that the Christ comes from the offspring of David and from Bethlehem, the town where David was?”
7:43And so there arose a dissension among the multitude because of him.
7:44Now certain ones among them wanted to apprehended him, but no one laid hands upon him.
7:45Nitorina, the attendants went to the high priests and the Pharisees. Nwọn si wi fun wọn pe, “Why have you not brought him?”
7:46The attendants responded, “Never has a man spoken like this man.”
7:47And so the Pharisees answered them: “Have you also been seduced?
7:48Have any of the leaders believed in him, or any of the Pharisees?
7:49But this crowd, which does not know the law, they are accursed.”
7:50Nicodemus, the one who came to him by night and who was one of them, si wi fun wọn,
7:51“Does our law judge a man, unless it has first heard him and has known what he has done?”
7:52Nwọn si dahùn nwọn si wi fun u: “Are you also a Galilean? Study the Scriptures, and see that a prophet does not arise from Galilee.”
7:53And each one returned to his own house.
