The Book of the Prophet Isaiah 6: 1-8

6:1בשנה שבה מת המלך עוזיהו, ראיתי את יהוה יושב על כס המלכות, נשגב ומרומם, והדברים אשר תחתיו מלאו את בית המקדש.
6:2השרפים עמדו מעל כס המלכות. לאחת היו שש כנפיים, ולשני היו שש כנפיים: עם שניים הם כיסו את פניו, ובשניים היו מכסים את רגליו, ועם שניים הם עפו.
6:3והם זעקו זה לזה, ואומר: "קָדוֹשׁ, קָדוֹשׁ, קדוש ה' אלוהי צבאות! כל הארץ מלאה בכבודו!”
6:4והמשקופים מעל הצירים נזדעזעו בקול הזועק. והבית התמלא עשן.
6:5ואני אמרתי: "אוי לי! כי שתקתי. כי אני איש טמא שפתיים, ואני גר בתוך עם שיש לו שפתיים טמאות, וראיתי בעיני את המלך, ה' צבאות!”
6:6ואחד השרפים טס אלי, ובידו פחם בוער, אשר לקח במלקחיים מן המזבח.
6:7והוא נגע בפה שלי, והוא אמר, "לְהַבִּיט, זה נגע בשפתיים שלך, וְכֵן יִטְלוּ עוֹנֵיכֶם, וחטאתך יטהר."
6:8ושמעתי את קול ה', פִּתגָם: "את מי אשלח?"ו, "מי ילך עלינו?" ואני אמרתי: "הנה אני. Send me.”

הבשורה הקדושה על פי מתי 10: 24- 31

10:24And the disciples were astonished at his words. אבל ישו, answering again, אמר להם: “Little sons, how difficult it is for those who trust in money to enter into the kingdom of God!
10:25It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for the rich to enter into the kingdom of God.”
10:26And they wondered even more, saying among themselves, “Who, לאחר מכן, can be saved?”
10:27וישו, gazing at them, אמר: “With men it is impossible; but not with God. For with God all things are possible.”
10:28And Peter began to say to him, "לְהַבִּיט, we have left all things and have followed you.”
10:29In response, Jesus said: "אמן אני אומר לך, There is no one who has left behind house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or land, for my sake and for the Gospel,
10:30who will not receive one hundred times as much, now in this time: houses, and brothers, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and land, with persecutions, and in the future age eternal life.
10:31But many of the first shall be last, and the last shall be first.”
