The First Letter to the Corinthians 12: 12-14, 27-31

12:12 כי כשם שהגוף הוא אחד, ובכל זאת יש לו חלקים רבים, אז כל חלקי הגוף, למרות שהם רבים, הם רק גוף אחד. כך גם המשיח.

12:13 ואכן, ברוח אחת, כולנו הוטבלנו לגוף אחד, בין אם יהודים או גויים, בין אם משרת או חופשי. וכולנו שתינו ברוח האחת.

12:14 בשביל הגוף, גַם, אינו חלק אחד, אבל הרבה.

12:27 עכשיו אתה הגוף של המשיח, וחלקים כמו כל חלק.

12:28 ואכן, אלוהים קבע סדר מסוים בכנסייה: השליחים הראשונים, נביאים שניים, שלישי מורים, מחוללי הנס הבאים, ואחר כך חסד הריפוי, של עזרה לזולת, של שלטון, של שפות מסוגים שונים, ושל פירוש המילים.

12:29 כולם שליחים? כולם נביאים? כולם מורים?

12:31 אבל היו קנאים לכריזמות הטובות יותר. ואני מגלה לך דרך מצוינת עוד יותר.

הבשורה הקדושה על פי לוקס 7: 11-17

7:11	And it happened afterwards that he went to a city, which is called Nain. And his disciples, and an abundant crowd, went with him.
7:12	לאחר מכן, when he had drawn near to the gate of the city, לְהַבִּיט, a deceased person was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her.
7:13	And when the Lord had seen her, being moved by mercy over her, אמר לה, “Do not weep.”
7:14	And he drew near and touched the coffin. Then those who carried it stood still. והוא אמר, “Young man, אני אומר לך, arise.”
7:15	And the dead youth sat up and began to speak. And he gave him to his mother.
7:16	Then fear fell over all of them. And they magnified God, פִּתגָם: “For a great prophet has risen up among us,"ו, “For God has visited his people.”
7:17	And this word about him went out to all of Judea and to the entire surrounding region.
