خواندن

The Book of Numbers 21: 4-9

21:4	سپس از کوه هور به راه افتادند, راهی که به دریای سرخ منتهی می شود, دور سرزمین ادوم بچرخد. و مردم از سفر و سختی خود خسته شدند.
21:5	و علیه خدا و موسی سخن گفتن, آنها گفتند: «چرا ما را از مصر دور کردی؟, تا در بیابان بمیرد? نان کم است; هیچ آب وجود ندارد. روح ما اکنون از این غذای بسیار سبک حالت تهوع دارد.»
21:6	به این دلیل, خداوند مارهای آتشین را در میان مردم فرستاد, که بسیاری از آنها را مجروح یا کشته است.
21:7	پس نزد موسی رفتند, و گفتند: «ما گناه کرده ایم, زیرا ما بر ضد خداوند و علیه شما سخن گفته ایم. نماز خواندن, تا این مارها را از ما بگیرد.» و موسی برای مردم دعا کرد.
21:8	و خداوند به او گفت: «مار برنزی بسازید, و آن را به عنوان علامت قرار دهید. هر کس, ضربه خورده بودن, به آن خیره می شود, زندگی خواهد کرد.»
21:9	از این رو, موسی مار برنزی ساخت, و آن را به عنوان نشانه قرار داد. وقتی ضربه خوردگان به آن خیره شدند, آنها شفا یافتند.

The Holy Gospel According to John 8: 21-30

8:21	از این رو, Jesus again spoke to them: “I am going, and you shall seek me. And you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you are not able to go.”
8:22	And so the Jews said, “Is he going to kill himself, برای او گفت: ‘Where I am going, you are not able to go?""
8:23	و به آنها گفت: “You are from below. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.
8:24	از این رو, I said to you, that you will die in your sins. For if you will not believe that I am, you will die in your sin.”
8:25	And so they said to him, "شما کی هستید?” Jesus said to them: “The Beginning, who is also speaking to you.
8:26	I have much to say about you and to judge. But he who sent me is true. And what I have heard from him, this I speak within the world.”
8:27	And they did not realize that he was calling God his Father.
8:28	And so Jesus said to them: “When you will have lifted up the Son of man, then you shall realize that I am, and that I do nothing of myself, but just as the Father has taught me, so do I speak.
8:29	And he who sent me is with me, and he has not abandoned me alone. For I always do what is pleasing to him.”
8:30	As he was speaking these things, many believed in him.
