Agus bhí i láthair, ag an am sin, cuid a bhí ag tuairisciú faoi na Gaililí, ar mheasg Píoláit a fhuil lena n-íobairtí. |

Agus ag freagairt, ar seisean leo: “An dóigh leat gur mó do pheacaigh na Gaililí seo ná na Gailíleacha go léir eile?, toisc gur fhulaing siad an oiread sin? |

Níl, Deirim leat. Ach mura ndéanann tú aithrí, caillfear sibh go léir mar an gcéanna. |

Agus an t-ocht nduine dhéag sin ar thuit túr Shilóm agus mharbhuigh siad iad, an dóigh leat gur mhó iad siúd freisin ná na fir go léir a bhí ina gcónaí in Iarúsailéim? |

Níl, Deirim leat. Ach mura ndéanann tú aithrí, básfar sibh go léir mar an gcéanna." |

Ach mar fhreagra, ar seisean leis: ‘A Thiarna, bíodh sé don bhliain seo freisin, le linn an ama sin déanfaidh mé tochailt timpeall air agus cuirim leasachán leis. |

Agus, cínte, ba chóir go iompróidh sé torthaí. Ach mura bhfuil, sa todhchaí, gearrfaidh tú síos é.” |

Now he was teaching in their synagogue on the Sabbaths. |

Agus féuch, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years. And she was bent over; and she was unable to look upwards at all. |

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took and cast into his garden. And it grew, and it became a great tree, and the birds of the air rested in its branches.” |
