An Soiscéal Naofa de réir Eoin 6: 30-35

6:30 Agus mar sin a dúirt siad leis: “Then what sign will you do, so that we may see it and believe in you? What will you work?
6:31 Our fathers ate manna in the desert, díreach mar atá sé scríofa, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ ”
6:32 Dá bhrí sin, Dúirt Íosa leo: “Amen, amen, deirim libh, Moses did not give you bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven.
6:33 For the bread of God is he who descends from heaven and gives life to the world.”
6:34 Agus mar sin a dúirt siad leis, “A Thiarna, give us this bread always.”
6:35 Ansin dúirt Íosa leo: “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.
