Dá bhrí sin, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking according to the flesh. |

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has freed me from the law of sin and death. |

For though this was impossible under the law, because it was weakened by the flesh, God sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and because of sin, in order to condemn sin in the flesh, |

so that the justification of the law might be fulfilled in us. For we are not walking according to the flesh, but according to the spirit. |

For those who are in agreement with the flesh are mindful of the things of the flesh. But those who are in agreement with the spirit are mindful of the things of the spirit. |

For the prudence of the flesh is death. But the prudence of the spirit is life and peace. |
| 8:7 |
And the wisdom of the flesh is inimical to God. For it is not subject to the law of God, nor can it be. |

Agus nach bhfuil tú sa flesh, ach sa spiorad, más fíor go bhfuil Spiorad Dé ina chónaí ionat. Ach mura bhfuil Spiorad Chríost ag éinne, ní bhaineann sé leis. |

Ach má tá Críost laistigh díot, ansin tá an corp marbh go deimhin, maidir le peaca, ach maireann an spiorad go fírinneach, mar gheall ar fhírinniú. |

Ach má tá Spiorad an té a thóg Íosa suas ó mhairbh ina chónaí ionat, ansin an té a d'ardaigh Íosa Críost ó mhairbh beoga freisin bhur gcorp marfach, trína Spiorad a chónaíonn ionat. |
