Second Letter to the Corinthians 9: 6- 11

9:6 Но, јас го кажувам ова: Кој сее скржаво, ќе жнее. А кој сее со благослов, ќе жнее и од благослов:

9:7 секој давајќи, исто како што тој во своето срце определил, ниту од тага, ниту од обврска. Зашто Бог го сака веселиот дарител.

9:8 И Бог може да направи секоја благодат да изобилува во вас, па тоа, секогаш имајќи го она што ви треба во сите работи, може да изобилувате со секое добро дело,

9:9 исто како што е напишано: „Тој се дистрибуираше нашироко, им дал на сиромашните; неговата правда останува од век во век“.

9:10 А тој што му служи на сејачот ќе ви понуди леб да јадете, и ќе го умножи твоето семе, и ќе го зголеми растот на плодовите на вашата правда.

9:11 Па тогаш, откако се збогати во сè, може да изобилувате со секаква едноставност, која преку нас врши благодарност кон Бога.

Светото Евангелие според Матеј 6: 1-6, 16-18

6:1		“Pay attention, lest you perform your justice before men, in order to be seen by them; otherwise you shall not have a reward with your Father, who is in heaven.
6:2		Затоа, when you give alms, do not choose to sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the towns, so that they may be honored by men. Амин ти велам, they have received their reward.
6:3		But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
6:4		so that your almsgiving may be in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will repay you.
6:5		And when you pray, you should not be like the hypocrites, who love standing in the synagogues and at the corners of the streets to pray, so that they may be seen by men. Амин ти велам, they have received their reward.
6:6		Но ти, when you pray, enter into your room, and having shut the door, pray to your Father in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will repay you.
6:16		And when you fast, do not choose to become gloomy, like the hypocrites. For they alter their faces, so that their fasting may be apparent to men. Амин ти велам, that they have received their reward.
6:17		Но што се однесува до тебе, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
6:18		so that your fasting will not be apparent to men, but to your Father, who is in secret. And your Father, who sees in secret, will repay you.
