Lettura

A Lettera di San Ghjacumu 3: 13-18

3:13	Who is wise and well-taught among you? Let him show, by means of good conversation, his work in the meekness of wisdom.
3:14	But if you hold a bitter zeal, and if there is contention in your hearts, then do not boast and do not be liars against the truth.
3:15	For this is not wisdom, descending from above, but rather it is earthly, beastly, and diabolical.
3:16	For wherever envy and contention is, there too is inconstancy and every depraved work.
3:17	But within the wisdom that is from above, certamenti, chastity is first, and next peacefulness, meekness, openness, consenting to what is good, a plenitude of mercy and good fruits, not judging, without falseness.
3:18	And so the fruit of justice is sown in peace by those who make peace.

The Holy Gospel According of Mark 9: 14-29

9:14	È prestu tuttu u populu, videndu à Ghjesù, eranu stupiti è colpi di paura, et se précipitant vers lui, l'anu salutatu.
9:15	È li dumandò, "Chì discutete trà di voi?"
9:16	È unu di a folla hà rispostu dicendu: "Maestru, Aghju purtatu à tè u mo figliolu, chì hà un spiritu mutu.
9:17	È ogni volta ch'ellu si piglia, lu butta giù, e schiuma e digrigna i denti, è diventa inconsciente. È aghju dumandatu à i vostri discìpuli di cacciallu fora, è ùn pudianu micca ".
9:18	È li rispondi, disse: "O generazione incredule, quantu tempu devu esse cun voi? Finu à quandu vi suppurtà? Portatelu à mè ".
9:19	È l'anu purtatu. È quand'ellu l'avia vistu, subitu u spiritu l'hà disturbatu. È esse ghjittati in terra, s'hè vultatu in spuma.
9:20	È dumandò à u so babbu, "Quantu tempu hè accadutu questu?"Ma ellu disse: "Da a zitiddina.
9:21	È spessu u ghjetta in u focu o in l'acqua, per distrughjelu. Ma s'è tù sì capace di fà qualcosa, aiutaci e abbi pietà di noi".
9:22	Ma Ghjesù li disse, "Se pudete crede: tutte e cose sò pussibuli à quellu chì crede ".
9:23	È subitu u babbu di u zitellu, piangendu cù lacrime, disse: "Credu, Signore. Aiuta a mo incredulità ".
9:24	È quandu Ghjesù hà vistu a folla chì si precipitò inseme, hà ammonatu u spiritu impuru, dicendu à ellu, "Spiritu sordu è mutu, ti cumandimu, lasciallu; è ùn entre più in ellu ".
9:25	È pienghje, è cunvulsendulu assai, partì da ellu. È divintò cum'è quellu chì hè mortu, tantu chì parechji dicenu, "Hè mortu."
9:26	Ma Ghjesù, pigliandulu per manu, l'hà alzatu. È s'arrizzò.
9:27	È quandu era intrutu in casa, i so discìpuli l'interruganu in privatu, "Perchè ùn pudemu micca cacciallu fora?"
9:28	È li disse, "Questu tipu pò esse espulsu da nunda altru chè a preghiera è u digiunu".
9:29	È partendu da quì, passanu per Galilea. È hà pensatu chì nimu ùn sapia.
