Esodu 1: 8-14, 22

1:8 Intantu, un novu rè s'era in Egittu, chì ignorava Ghjiseppu.

1:9 È disse à u so populu: "Eccu, u populu di i figlioli d'Israele hè assai, è sò più forti chè noi.

1:10 Venite, opprimemu sapientemente, per ch'elli si multiplichinu; è s'ellu ci hè una guerra chì avanzava contru à noi, ponu esse aghjuntu à i nostri nemici, è avè luttatu contru à noi, puderianu partì da a terra ".

1:11 È cusì hà postu nantu à elli i maestri di l'opere, per affligerli cù carichi. È custruìu per Faraone e cità di i tabernaculi: Pithom è Ramses.

1:12 È più li oppressanu, tantu di più si multiplicavanu è cresce.

1:13 È l'Egiziani odiavanu i figlioli d'Israele, e li affligìanu e li burlavanu.

1:14 È anu purtatu a so vita direttamente in l'amarezza, cù u travagliu duru in argilla è mattone, è cù ogni tipu di servitù, cusì ch'elli eranu sbulicati cù l'opere di a terra.

1:22 Dunque, Faraone hà struitu tuttu u so populu, dicendu: "Qualunque serà natu di u sessu maschile, caccià lu in u fiume; tuttu ciò chì nascerà di u sessu femminile, conservala".

10:34	Do not think that I came to send peace upon the earth. I came, not to send peace, but the sword.
10:35	For I came to divide a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
10:36	And the enemies of a man will be those of his own household.
10:37	Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me. And whoever loves son or daughter above me is not worthy of me.
10:38	And whoever does not take up his cross, and follow me is not worthy of me.
10:39	Whoever finds his life, a perderà. And whoever will have lost his life because of me, truverò.
10:40	Whoever receives you, mi riceve. È quellu chì mi riceve, receives him who sent me.
10:41	Whoever receives a prophet, in the name of a prophet, shall receive the reward of a prophet. And whoever receives the just in the name of the just shall receive the reward of the just.
10:42	And whoever shall give, even to one of the least of these, a cup of cold water to drink, solely in the name of a disciple: Amen vi dicu, he shall not lose his reward.”

11:1	È hè accadutu chì, when Jesus had completed instructing his twelve disciples, he went away from there in order to teach and to preach in their cities.
